Three days in a row of tile and grout cleaning.Must be doing something right as all work was word of mouth and previous referrals.
We did one porcelain floor and the rest were ceramic. Same procedure for all.
1.Doing small areas at a time place premixed alkaline cleaner on floor and scrub with poly vac machine with a brown or blue pad. Wet vac dry. Then neutralise the floor. We always use S4S stone cleaner. S4S is used as a marble cleaning product Stone cleaner etc. It works just as well on cleaning porcelain and ceramic tiles. Using the grout cleaning tool scrub along all the grout joints.
A very simple but effective and proven method .

Once again on a run. This time removing scratches from marble floors. It appears to me that a screw must of got stuck under the door when closing it. Didn’t take too long to remove. First sand out the scratch with a 320 wet and dry sanding disc. Stay within the borders of the grout joint. Net 600 grit wet and dry then 800 grit. Lastly 1200 grit sanding when wet.
We then use marble polish to bring the tile back to a high shine. Lastly neutralise with S4S marble cleaning product. Seal the marble tile then buff any excess residue.
