Back from Brisbane and finished for the day. Numerous light and heavy scratches on the marble ensuite floor, bathroom floor and the toilet floor.
Had to sand out the scratches in the marble tiles on the floor, then repolish the entire floor.WE use S4S marble cleaning product to neutralise and clean the marble floors. This is done after the repolishing and prior to sealing the marble.
Here’s a marble cleaning tip, using a doodle bug and tan pad wash the walls prior to the floors. It’s a lot quicker and easier. If you have dirty grout use the grout cleaning tool when you use S4S marble clean to clean the floor.
S4S is the product to use for any stone cleaning job and remember there is nothing in it that can harm your stone.
All floors came up a treat and the client asked us to call her in a year to see if it needs re doing.

Just completed three days of marble polishing.Big job, that when finished looked like new.Pretty monotonous work. Once you get the polish timing right , and the polish mix consistency right ,simply start at one end of the house and keep going.
PROCEDURE
Only do a metre at a time.Using the polyvac machine and a white pad under neath.Go back and forward with the marble polish consistency like thin tooth paste.Using a squeegee remove marble polish to next area. Then in area already polished neutralise. WE use S4S marble cleaner. Then wet vacuum waste and continue. A good marble cleaning tip is this.Do not marble polish then forget to neutralise. If you do you will have to repeat process.
We left the client with a starter kit of marble cleaner and a maintenance procedure to help keep their marble floors looking great.

Just finnished three days of marble polishing.Big job, abouy two hundred square metres.
We finally finished all the marble polishing. The floors came up brilliantly. Its definitely a two man job. After polishing 1m2 at a time for at least 2 minutes, its imperative that the polishing paste is vacuumed up of all waste then immediately neutralized. We used S4S as an effective neutralizer. After thoroughly cleaning the [...]

Now all the grout has been removed it is now time to start the refurbishment of the marble. Make sure you have some good music, and lots of it, it takes awhile to get this done. Sand all areas of the tile with a orbital sander then with a 320 grout wet/dry sandpaper. This grit [...]
