Tile and Grout cleaning

by Mark on November 30, 2009

Three days in a row of tile and grout cleaning.Must be doing something right as all work was word of mouth and previous referrals.

We did one porcelain floor and the rest were ceramic. Same procedure for all.

1.Doing small areas at a time place premixed alkaline cleaner on floor and scrub with poly vac machine with a brown or blue pad. Wet vac dry. Then neutralise the floor. We always use S4S stone cleaner. S4S is used as a marble cleaning product Stone cleaner etc. It works just as well on cleaning porcelain and ceramic tiles. Using the grout cleaning tool scrub along all the grout joints.

A very simple but effective and proven method .

Working Bee

by Mark on November 16, 2009

Had a working bee at the surf club on Saturday. We are all members of the sunshine beach slsc. Kids in nippers and we help when we can. It’s only a small club but heaps of members are always helping out.

Any way I volunteered to help by cleaning the entrance way and any other tiled and lino surfaces in the club. Machine scrubber cleaned with a heavy duty cleaner then neutralise with S4S marble cleaning product.S4S as well as cleaning marble works great on hard surfaces such as tiles.I also used the grout cleaning tool to clean the grout joints. The grout joints came up great as well.

A few onlookers inquired about S4S marble cleaning product and I picked up a few quotes while there.Others helped in the gardens and all in all the club looks nice and refreshed.
