Stone Stone

by Mark on August 24, 2010

Recently finished a big job for the Sunshine Coast Regional Council. Hastings street has over one hundred decorative street scapes type small benches. The scope of work entailed cleaning the tops and the sides, Which were sandstone and sealing them. people use them to place take away coffee food butt out cigarettes etc.Once sealed the sandstone would be easy to maintain and keep looking good.

A few of the tops also had graffiti which had to be removed. Too ensure a top job we honed all the tops and then cleaned and neutralized them with S4S stone cleaner. When thoroughly dry we sealed all with a masonry oil and water repellent sealer. A top quality sealant which has a warrantee for 5 years.

The council is maintaining the tops now using S4S when needed.

Grout and Tile Cleaning

by Mark on December 9, 2009

A few small jobs tile and grout cleaning. Use a alkaline clean first up to clean  the tiles and grout. We used the grout cleaning tool to scrub the joints. It does a fantastic job.

Wet vac waste, then neutralize with S4S marble cleaning product. This marble cleaner works great to neutralize any stone.
